ROCKVILLE, MD –   The wait is over! Tony Kornheiser returns to Washington DC’s radio airwaves full time Tuesday, September 8^th, exclusively on ESPN 980. 

 

 “The Tony Kornheiser Show” will air weekdays from 10am to Noon beginning the day after Labor Day -- and originate from the ESPN 980 studios in Rockville. The Tony Kornheiser show will feature Tony’s unique and curious view of sports and news, features like “Mail Bag” and “Old Guy Radio”, big name guests and the trials and tribulations of the life of Tony himself. 

 

Kornheiser will be joined by a host of rotating characters, including his longtime producer and side-kick Nigel, from England. On his return to local radio, Kornheiser commented, "I am thrilled beyond words to be back on the radio, on the station where I started, doing a local show in the town where I live.”
